What we collect
If you use the contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number, service and message you enter. That is all — we do not collect anything you have not typed.
If you start a chat, the chat provider processes that conversation on our behalf under its own privacy policy.
Why we collect it
Solely to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to deliver the project. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially relevant, and deleted on request. Project records are kept for the duration of our engagement and a reasonable period afterwards.
Email delivery
Contact enquiries are processed by EmailJS and our connected email provider to deliver your message to us.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses Google Analytics to understand visits and website usage. Google Analytics may set cookies and process device and browsing information. The live chat widget may set a cookie to keep your conversation open between visits.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@swavemedia.co and we will action it.
