What we do
SwaveMedia provides business management software, website development, graphics design, and motion graphics and video editing services.
Quotes and scope
We quote per project after a discovery conversation. A quote covers the scope described in it. Work beyond that scope is quoted separately before it starts — we will not invoice you for something you did not agree to.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in each project agreement, typically as a deposit before work begins with the balance on delivery.
Ownership and handover
On final payment, ownership of the deliverables produced specifically for you passes to you, along with source files and access. Third-party components (fonts, libraries, stock assets) remain under their own licences.
Portfolio rights
Unless you ask us not to, we may show the work in our portfolio and in pitches. Tell us if a project is confidential and we will keep it off the site.
Liability
We deliver work with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
